Dashboard Update?

Hello there, i flashed my 360 today :P and a friend of mine told me, there is going to be a new dashboard update, where they will change the discs so they can get more space -.-, and he told me, u WILL get banned if u play a burned game :S is this true?

Flagged is like, Microsoft have got your conosle down for a ban but it wont happen yet(is this correct @Bungie?)

how did you flash your drive without the key extractor? :O

my friends brother works in a store where they flash xboxes and ps3 ect, and he flashed mine

@ac1d_buRn you're right on the flags. From my knowledge, MS has already released part of this update. All LiteOn drives will be reflashed with a new firmware released by Microsoft, thus removing any custom f/ws you have. C4Eva and other leaders of the 360 scene are already working on an update to counter it.
