Help please...

Hi all,
I tried to download the app called "The Nightjar" and it says "This App Is Incompatible With This iPod touch". The requirements are:
-- You need to have headphones (Got)
-- Requires iPhone 3GS or later, iPad, 3rd Gen iPod Touch or later (Got 3rd Gen iPod)

But I don't know why it wont work and don't say my iPod Touch is a updated 2nd Generation because my model is "MC086BT".
Please help.

update your firmware.

If I will my iPod won't be jailbroken then

rejailbreak it then..

I got the freshest version and still dont work help please

Your sure you have the latest firmware?

go to settings>General>About and tell us what it says there.

My version is 4.2.1 and it is the freshest cuz I checked and my model begins with mc so it's the third gen

4.3.3 is the latest. Not sure why it says it's on the latest, your device is still supported.

Dude the game isn't working because you are on a outdated firmware. You have top update to the latest.

If theres a new version why does my iTunes say I got the lastest version?

because your itunes is messed up?
either that or your computer is hacked

ITunes is good and computer isn't messed up anyway I don't wanna update cuz I won't be able to jailbreak my iPod

its the latest version for 4th gen

what gen u have?
