Helplag on my server?

waz going g me and my friends have a server(give me a few thx and i will give u guyz da ip :P) and it lags like fashizels and i need some one to give me few tibz on how to fix it

If your using hamachi I reccomend portforwarding.

Your upload is pretty low, 0.51 mb/s, maybe small amount of ram?
