Sotw entry for other forum.
Theme was "Brands". I hope it's not too hard to guess which brand this represents?
Left side is still abit empty.
Was thinking about adding some smoke, but I'm not sure how to make smoke consistent with this style.
Border? Yes/no? Border style?
@artemon The work itself is actually good, but I don't like the black/white mixture you did there. And the cigarette looks like low quality.
The style is quite nice, but the text absolutely ruins the flow...
I reckon no border will look better than with
I actually love the outcome on this.
The only things i see that you need to fix up are:
-The text
-Brown end of the cigarette
And maybe do a little more to the left side of it.
Other than that i actually love this.
8.5/10
the cigarette was drawn on huhu but i like the style :3
at least it feels like it lol
Added a v2, but I still like v1 more
Although the text is unusually big, it matches the roughness of the focal more.
The colors are duller and the extra spatter to the left isn't really adding anything but mess...
Cigarette got fixed abit in v2, so I guess I could keep that.
Tip: Instead of going with a cigarette brand why dont you go with C from cancer? :3

Dont post if you are going to say shit like this.
CnC or dont post at all.
i like it over all, to me it is way over sharpened tho.
it could also use a little more, like a c4d or something.
the text also takes way to much attention away from the rest.
it also feels empty on the left.
but other than that its pretty ood.
dude, u already posted, when you post twice on a thread asking for CnC, comes across spammy.
plz, just post once.
He posted once about v1 and a second time about v2. It's a process, people can post if they get new ideas.
Btw: by telling him what to do, you posted a 2nd time yourself
@CCrow: The SOTW theme was "Brands", so I need to stick with the Marlboro idea.
@Hardcore:
You kinda commented on v1, any thoughts on v2?
Also, adding a c4d would be a style breach, unless it would be a vectorbased c4d.

Jussayin.
Don't worry about other people, just worry about yourself.

Don't worry I prefer v1 as well. Some of the bits you drew in look too sharp, probs because you used the pencil tool, I myself don't really like the pencil tool. Other than that I quite like it.
