somebody please tell me what to do my computor dos'nt allow downloads it says "windows cannot open this file

to open this file you need to select a program from the
list if you want to open it.................." and none of them support it please help!!!!!!

if its zip u need winzip or such but my advice use winrar
i could not download any hack before then i downloaded winrar and that really helps!

Thats becuase winrar is a archiver , Please tell me I got it wrong 
, U can open any file with the extension , rar , zip and there is loads others. Winzip is jnot very good at the moment but will proboly get better over the years
