Changing framework version VS 2010

Can't you just fucking use .net framework v2 or v3 in projects or it forces you to use v4 ..

Have you ever considered downloading older versions of .net?

I have all versions

It just won't let me .

You can't in the fucking visual basic 2010 , what a fail

you can lol from the compiler settings in ur project properties
