SimpleServer Wrapper Help

Can someone tell me how to use .jar plugins/addons with SimpleServer, I downloaded some plugins from the Bukkit website but now it is possible to use the plugins with SimpleServer. Maybe edit the launch.bat file so it opens the .jar file on start? Please help

SimpleServer Wrapper doesnt make a Plugins folder when you first start the server, should I make one myself and put the .jar's in there?
