Graphics menus

Hi guys

I play Korean combat arms I have been able to setup controls without problems but the other menus Im clueless I cant install the U.S one since im in europe so I was wondering if someone could take pics of ther U.S combat arms graphic menus so I would know where what.

I know but I cant play the us version and dont want too thats why I want pics of the graphic menus in english so I can see wheres each setting and then add to the korean understand.
