Yes. They are called high-risk worlds. It's a world where protect item doesn't work.
PK, as in Player Kill? Umm Every World nub.
Yes, although you can PK in every world now, 'High-Risk Worlds' are mostly used to PK, since you lose all items upon death, Protect Item Prayer is prohibited.
