I'm planning on making a video game between two varieties,either a fallout like MMO with an immense playing field.Or a halo wars.Any suggestions/which I should choose?

Not going to happen without massive funding, good luck finding a publisher and good luck making a block buster if you're going the indie route.
Um will 3-5m funding help(that is estimated by what people owe my uncles company)
And btw where would I get good prices for a good sized server from Dell?

If they actually pay that, which is doubtful, then that would be a good amount. Especially if it's in Panama. But seriously, with that money poach some guys off of some high-up companies and bring em over, you'll need it. It probably won't be hard to find a publisher in panama, they're not exactly rolling in offers.

Well the money is more or less investment,my uncle works for directive head of medical technologies and that is where the money is from
Also this was estimation,not proof,I could get it or not,but as said by old,panama isn't rolling in offers
