Dont flame on me if I cnc ok? I was gonna say the white glow effect whilrs are shit, tehy completely ruin the gift. And the gradient on the top right corner is aah... not blending, kinda like the transition between the ligth blue to dark ble is too fast it makes me cut it
Otherwise, it is 100/100.

i agree with shayne on that its a little flat, and personally think the light blue area in the upper right corner should be darkened a bit
a little bit more texture in the bg could do nicely, but dont over do it
all in all a great tag, but not ur best buddy
