Question about skills and skillbook

My char never got its gliding fury skillbook for some reason did all the quests just its bugged or something. What keybinds can i use or what way can i get it to forcefully learn the skill gliding fury?

to get gliding fury, you have to buy it from the skill store.

no you dont, your spose to get it from a quest which i never got after i did the quest. and i just looked again to make sure its not in the skill store...

Any idea what keybind or any way to forcefully learn the skill?

I'd write a ticket to Nexon, cuz they are the only ones that might be able to enable that skill in your skill tree.
