nope its too advanced for anyone right now... check back in a year or so (being completely serious too)
It's impossible, because the 3DS uses advanced screens to produce 3D. You could emulate it, but it wouldn't work well.
Just use the DS Emulator...
You need a 3D Computer to play 3DS (if there is am emulator)
