Rez Modding

I have all the texture modding tools and my only question is, "Do I have to use Photoshop to Texture mod?"

The download is like 7 hours long and I was wondering if there is any other program other than Photoshop that I can texture mod with for CA?

I posted in this section because no one reads the help section...so don't anoy me with comments about it being in the wrong section.
