HELP PLEASE! :(

Hey, basically I would really appreciate if you could help me with this. Basically my friends dad has enabled family safety on his computer ( completely unnecessary as he is 16 ). The dad wont remove because he is too lazy, and my friend can't get on websites that he wants to, it also turns his computer off at 10 o clock .. This is very frustrating .. Nah mate, hes trying to download warrock .. But with family settings he can't download things without his dads permission .. sucks eh? Thanks for reply
