I didn't know where to post it, but I got just one question
Can you change your name in User CP?

Yeah .

You need at least 1000 posts to get a name change.

In detail : You need 1000 post to change your name, that means every 1000th post not that you can change your name anytime you want.

Make sure you get a name that isn't picked yet.

If I pick a name that someone already has can i choose the different one at same time or I have to wait for another 1,000th post?

If the name is already taken the staff will tell you it is already taken then you request for a different name.

Ok..Now How Do I Change My User Title?

What about simply make a new account if you want a new name?
