Calm down. Don't kill ur self. It's prob just temp. maybe in a couple days it will come back to normal.
Try updating your drivers and cleaning up your pc, then restart.

Just keep playing for a while and it will increase gradually.

Did u got 32 bit processor and you formated with 64bit Windows?
