I'm pretty sure this means you need .net framwork. The latest version of it.

Have to use gmail, and have the latest .NET framework.
can i spam a hotmail.com accout whit this .. using a Gmail acc? i will donload netframerwork 4 now ... it's the most new right?

Yeah that's the latest one.
You can spam any email, but you have to be logged in with a gmail account.
If I decide to make another one I'll make it so you can use any email.
