is there a clean injector that can inject .dtx files to the rez. files? I used to use RezInject but now it always gives me a virus alert

RezInject is clean, just tell your antivirus to ignore it

Depending on what virus protection you have you can add RezInjector to accepted path. AVG you can and Norton. By going into the Advance system properties.
