HelpRemoving 1 hour-transform

I've been wondering when I had come across "is_vocation_transform" "1"

Does this have anything to do with the transformation 1 per hour per dungeon?
If not, please tell me where the limit is located. Thanks!

You just assign a key to transform and no need to wait an hour...
