i dont get the blue words and i dont get a menu when i load it how do i fix it ever since i dled advanced system care i dont get a menu any more

windows vista home 32 bit

Same error here - Win 7-64Bit

just keep on trying it does that to me also just takes some time but works after a while.

Try using Portal injector.

Hmm. Advanced System care. Is it possible that it deleted the files which were false positive in Black Cipher?

Doubt it, usually files aren't deleted. Usually more is created..

i downloaded it an it works for win 7 64bit
