Black cipher help please

Whenever i run it and do start game it says im missing some dx3d9_43.dll and then i press ok and it runs Combat arms and then it force closes and says it encountered a problem and has to close.


my OS is windows 7

Just look at the missing dll's post. You clearly need some new glasses :P

CAN ANY ONE JUST POST WHATS NEEDED AND HOW TO OPERATE IT IT BE GREAT HELP FOR US NEWBS THAT ARE BEARLY GETTING STARTED..
OHH AND I DONT GET ANY ERRORS OR ANYTHING I LOG ON FINE AND RUN CA FINE BUT I DONT KNOW HOW TO OPEN THE MENU o.O
