alteriwnet says Steam Authorization Failed

i was banned before cheating i unstal my pc and reinstal again it work now this is time 3 i cheated again it says Steam Authorization Failed any tips they say only 6hours ban can play again?

1. if you are playing with steam simply Restart steam
2. if it says 6 hour ban YOU ARE BANNED FOR 6 HOURS
3. Restart Alteriw
Happens all the time.
