If there is a rez file for the blood you can. But i don't think there is.
im pretty sure you can but you have to have blood enable just saying becuase i modded blood on pb 
dude ... use search function -.-' ... no u cant ...!! NOT IN OUR CROSSFIRE .... if there is a way then blood is in one of the .rez files and u cant really mod them cuz crossfire wont start then
Nope, prolly in one of the rez files
You have to edit the .rez files. and nobody really knows in which .rez it is located. It's too difficult but not impossible. 
It's very possible, you can memory edit a certain string and blood will loose it's color and texture.
Like Other PPL Said You Can't Cause It's Rez And You Can't Start CF+It's With The Patch!
Yea you can you just have to find the rez it's in export it and then find a way to import it and bypass the file size check Vasiok89 already did this with his weapon retexture
