Free Proxy Lists - IP and Port Lists - Hide My Ass! is the best proxy list ever but even that is too slow.
HotSpotShield is too well known, nexon blocked it.
What should i do?
1. Unplugging, Repluggin does not work
2. ipconfig/release does not work
U have static or dynamic ip adress?
If it's static, u can't change it.
If it's dynamic, turn off your router, my dad keeps it off for about 12 hrs, then turn it back on then u have a new ip
