How The Hell?!

This is probably really dumb to say yet funny to others and it's that my computer can't run minecraft without lag......

basically my computer can't run minecraft but it can run other games that have better graphics (combat arms,crossfire,etc......)

Because Minecraft is a memory hog. it may have simple themed graphics, but the graphics themselves are far from low.

i wish they would get rid of the ram/cpu hogging
my mum wont let me get a new comp, my one has 1.6Ghz Celeron and 1GB RAM. How am i supposed to use that?

Task Mananger >
Find jawaw.exe
Set it to High Priority
If it still lags, wait 10 min.

Go to task manager and do what benxer said then go into game, go video settings turn bobbing off, put your render distance on tiny and put smooth lightning of.

I never lag for any games, 16gp ram, NiVidea GeForce 9900 GT ftw.

I think the problem is solved.

Btw get a graphics card..a new one. Minecraft is a memory hog

One time the memory went to 1,067,347 on my PC..
