In fact, doing such a thing would be detrimental to the project's progress.
Furthermore, you're not factoring in random variables such as sleepiness, a person's skill (in fact, studies have shown that a single (talented) person can be over 10 times as productive as other with the same experience), and the work environment.
It doesn't mean it's going to complete 1,000,000% faster. But it does mean that 1,000,000% effort will be put in.
