Not sure who's releasing them, but I'm sure it's his proper information (a lot of it matches up with other bits on the web).
I also heard that he hides under one or more dedicated servers, apparently one of his IP (I don't know which) is 184.106.105.183
It's so tempting to unleash a botnet on that IP (then he'll have to stop using the dedicated server due to lag, and we can get his actual IP by someone being an insider and having him on MSN) and then botnet that to screw him over, and to ring his house up and pretend you're the CIA or something to him parents XD
