I know where the problem is now, thanks to the two persons posting their debug information. I'm glad it's at least working for a few people. I'll try to have it working for everyone when I release the next version.

You press insert after the running man has gone, and before your type your user name/password.

But what to add?
As if to inject after the man ran?
What injection you use?

Not working

Is it supposed to show any signs of it working? Like text or something.
I inject it correctly and pressed insert before logging in, after the running man, but nothing happens. Tried many injectors, but nothing seems to work.

And I can't run portal injector, because it says that Combat Arms installation not found.
