First issue I noticed is the bad quality. Try to save your work in .png format, and use high quality resources.
That will help a great deal. The scratch effects all around your focal point just look real sloppy.
The explosion of splatters you have in the right hand corner are way too isolated , if you're going to add effects like this, you want to keep them closer to your focal point. To be honest everything is just way too randomly placed..
Also, your text is very choppy and stands out way too much..if you're going to add text, make it smaller ,place it better, and make sure it blends well and does not stand out as a main focal point. Keep practicing.

To be really honest... It looks like it's done with paint and like my previous poster said, crappy quality... Sorry mate.

The lines you drew close to the vampire's face are too visible and too big. Random bright spraying on the bottom right corner is bad...very bad! The text sucks. Make sure the text fits the complete signature rather than posting text that has nothing to do with the signature. Then, the signature has no point: vampire face, random lines, random spray...where's the idea?
You better start reading some tutorials...
