I'd join the server but i don't want to have to go through all that crap of installing folders and changing hosts, why can't you just add a whitelist like everyone else?

Arun, you've done a lot for us, running this server and all. I would like to thank you and request that you don't shut down this server.
I think this server has alot going for it. It has effective and nice admins. It also doesn't have too many people. When there are too many people, the ones that are dedicated to it tend to get griefed, but that could easily be fixed with a whitelist, as someone else suggested. It also has a good group of people supporting it. The people who are playing all the time are kind, which is a BIG plus when it comes to servers. All that AND you don't have any rules that are ridiculous, and you don't have to kiss some major ass to stay on the admins good side.
With all this said, i have a couple of questions. I seem to always have an exceedingly high amount of lag on your server, i was curious where is your server hosted?

I will use it alot when i get my comp in 2 weeks and im trying to get my friends to play as well. We can advertise on other sites but mabye it would be easier if u just made a server with the /login commands instead of having to change the hosts file...
