my odd error

I'm getting an error with MS Visual C++ Express. When ever I try to, 1) create a DLL or, 2) open a project (solution) for one, I get this error:



I have tried everything, including reinstalling, but I can't figure it out. (would using multiple partitions cause this?(C: is OS Z: is apps/data))

Navigate to Z:\Program Files(x86)\MSBuild\Microsoft.cpp\v4.0\Platforms

If it's NOT there...

Navigate to
C:\Program Files(x86)\MSBuild\Microsoft.cpp\v4.0\Platforms
copy it from there to Z.

I'll try that when I get back home tomorrow. Sounds promising!
