Solvedhelp with b3 and server

i have a server the name is NO RULES NO MERCY[GR]in this server i am the admin and the hacks is allowed but i cant send message such as control:welcome aloha.For this i need the b3 but i cant do the options for the b3 it is very difficult can someone help mee??
