when i log in my account in z8 site it says me account has been block
reason hack
contact support.......etc
i have banned permant or not????
P.S i use z8 points

and i have in the account 2014 Z8 points

For how many days are you blocked? When you login, a box appears saying you are banned, then when you press "Okay" you are redirected to a page which has all the Info about why you were banned and for how many days you were banned. Go check it out.

Your account is currently blocked from playing CROSS FIRE from Z8Games due to Hack.

I think they are just investigating to make sure you where hacking or not.
So your not banned, if your lucky they will unblock you

Log in to Z8Games - Free Gaming. Evolved. if it tells you when you get unblocked your not perma banned, if it doesn't you are perma banned.
