Ok, when I open PS and hit F5 (brush window) I can't select ANY brushes. =( wtf?
do you have the brush tool or a tool that uses brushes selected?
yeah, that could be a problem. also, do you have a windows theme manager or something, because when I used oen my photoshop wouldn't properly either.
