We need to get this section to be more active, we need people to make Mods, hacks, and other stuff to make this section active.

You should actually release mod you make, then this section would be wild .

i would release a hack for samp but it pucks up traces of a trojan in virus total so no.
but what i will do is release a huge mod megapack for singleplayer if its alloud

I don't think releasing mods is not allowed, you should do it.

as long as you give credits to original maker, i think we can release mods.
