Ramraiding Guide
All right, first of all this "guide" is for criminals, and not doughnut raping buzz kills. First of, Ram raiding is were you can smash a car into a shop, and it will drop some items you can pick up and give to contacts for "dirty money". But, you probably know this anyway. Let me start of by saying that it is highly recommended to purchase a van. Why not just find it? Well jackass, if you find a random van of the street, some little bitch can easily steal all yo shit right as soon as you get out. So, purchase it! Even if you are a poor little boy, or rich ass motherfucker. Buy it! It's $15000 which is very cheap. It has a shit load of space, which is very very use full for successful ramraiding. Slap some components on it and you are ready. Find the least populated Waterfront district. Unless you have not unlocked Byron Bloodrose ( the dude that talk like batman ) you should unlock him. The reason you should spawn on his deep ass voice is because the "Money Laundry" is only 200M away, and there are plenty of shops near by. Also, avoid those fat Enforcers or they will take your loot and make you rage. Have fun and remember to cash in every $500 - $1000
You dont need to unlock Byron Bloodrose. There are 6spawnpoints at 6NPC's. You can spawn at all 6 without having to unlock them.
I find it better to go to Financial at South-West corner, and then fence your stuff at whichever npc is over there ( forget his name ). Over there, I hardly see anyone. So I can wait till I get about 8-10k before cashing in.

Off Topic: Thane, is that your name in-game? If so, I've seen ya quite a bit.- Zift

Are you kidding? If it's empty then it's the easiest thing in the world. Just mug people to no end and you get it within 5 minutes.

I never seen empty district. They are atleast mid-populated at nights / mornings and almost full at days. :-l
I find it easier and less annoying to make money by just taking cars to chop shops
