well my itouch wont restore since because of my jailbreak any tips

You should be able to restore.
If you can't, email the nigga who produced the Jailbreak.
If you aren't able to restore, BAIBAI Ipod or let it that way

Then plugging to iTunes.

i did all of those besides the email hes my friend he used teamviewer and he doesnt know what to do

Uninstall new version of itunes, find itunes version that is less than 10 and install that, then restore it to a lower firmware, then upgrade it to the current firmware.
