Web browser

There's this fkin virus that keep running on my laptop, it says like
'' web browser '' and then it randomly opens sites and opens facebook random pages... what do I do, btw heres an image...

This happened to me. Download malmare-btyes anti malware install that on your pc. And run it. Also start it up in safe mode so that whoever gave you the virus cannot interrupt with the installation.

Do the routine stuff, download anti malware software and install that on your pc. Update it to the latest signature so that you could cover whatever was released at that moment. Run it through your computer and see if that will help.

If that does not solve your problem. The malware has gone deep. Either you get an even more extensive anti malware software or you reformat windows. If I were you, I would be leaning toward the latter.
