I don't believed you did, once you get the Error 0, you're banned from everything, the only way to fix it is to log to another account.

lol i had to make 12 accs before i could buy nx so i sent them a ticket saying i was going to buy $1500 worth of NX online but since i cant do it im not going to. They replied that they'll start fixing it at once o.o

Your banned from online transactions, including sur.veys. As for me, I'm banned by IP for sur.veys and online transactions. Yet I'm able to play but not online shit.

You or someone else logged in the account with a different IP, so nexon automatically blocks credit transactions or smurveys.
