Does anybody know how to make a script for something like RSbot? Anybody who could help me get started would be appreciated 
Learn (the basics of) Java.
Then read through their entire library.
After you've done that, shit will be easy.
(If you only learn the basics you're scripts will be of lesser quality)
Oh and to learn Java, get a book on amazon
