Which is better, C++ or delphi.

Also, lets say I'm using delphi, would the addresses for no recoil, and all that shtuff be different to put into delphi or the same as C++.

P.S. I know this is a stupid question but yahh.?

i think you need byte arrays for the memory edits.
$90 = byte nop in delphi
0x90 = byte nop in C

this particular base uses byte arrays, but can be modified just as a C base could to use chars
