Something to end background processes

I'm looking for a program that will end all unessesary background processes. Anyone know of something?

I've actually might work on this, Kinda bored and might code some c# shiz. What do you mean specifically?

Are you gonna play games though? Because it basically shuts down most things you don't need for gaming e.g time ect...

Doesn't matter. Still annoying to find all the programs to end. Gamebooster = click start and boom they're all shut down.
