So Im not Fisnished with the No Recoil Hack YET..
But I Releas this hack first

What you need
C++ - Microsoft Express Downloads - Visual Studio Express and SQL Server Express
.Net FrameWork 4 - Download details: Microsoft .NET Framework 4 (Web Installer)

This is for z8games crossfire only.
Features:

No Reload = Auto ON
No Granade DMG = Auto ON
No Daily Fire = Auto ON (shoot Faster)
Instant Weapon Switch = Auto ON
One Hit Kill = Auto ON (error in TD,HM,MM)
No Scope Overlay = Auto ON[NEW]
No Weapon Weight = Auto ON[NEW]
Max Range = Auto ON [NEW](you Dont Do damage with knife from Distance)

Tested on Windows XP 32Bits.

How to inject:

Open RoyHack.exe RUN IT TWICE (If You Dont see the Massage Box Then Close CF and inject again!)
Massage Box

Open Crossfire
