3. I bet you'd pick CoD over any FPS game, but Halo is just a gaming title, just like LBP or Uncharted. Halo is more famous because that's all XBOX got that's ultimately famous.

3. You don't know me, so don't assume. Black Ops would have to be my favorite Call of Duty game, but as I said, I'll pick Halo over any FPS. You don't know Xbox's exclusives since you're a PS3 fan. You're forgetting about Crackdown, Dead Rising, Fable 2, Forza Motorsport, and Gears of War, plus many others.
4. You've seen threads here, and you've probably seen it yourself with your friends: a main factor in someone's console choice isn't just a few exclusives, but the online service. A main reason why people buy the 360 is because of the titles they release.
