GUI Help

I didn't know where to post it, so....

So whenever I use a program with a special GUI,
the GUI is always fucked up (The background doesn't fit witht he buttons)
Any help please?
I use Windows 7 64 bit.

its not when I code, its whenever I use a program with a GUI like Antagonist's multitool =(
Its a Windows Problem.

Get a new computer, or change the graphic card, in your computer.

Try it on a different computer and check.
If the problem is solved, then it's your computer
