0.0000001 to None. The staff probably stole you account info and is changing your password so you can't log in right now.

Hahaha. Just kidding. They're pretty good about replying. I know every time i've made a support ticket it's taken an hour max for them to reply

I tried to recover 3 accounts and they only answered me for 1 accounts that after they was giving it back to me they banned it.

You'll need at least 2 pieces of "current" information if you want anything done.
They'll still reply to you,but they won't do anything if you only give 1 piece of current info.
