Can someone help me?
When someone join it is like that (see on picture).When game end's it freeze itself and i must press Ctrl + Alt + Delete.Than close.Again start and again freeze! :@

Maybe your files are corrupt. It happened to me a few times with one person only and everytime it happens the guy leaves the game, try re-installing cf or maybe downloading again.

Try check your Internet connection.

Did you try deleting everything (Cross Fire related) , empty the recycle bin , disable AV and re download ?
It maybe that your AV is deleting some important file.
