he guys is there any graphics tweaks for CA?i mean i can run it on my other pc fine 100 FPs mid-high settings but that is my brothers pc and he is a freeking ****** any ways when i play on my pc its around 25fps or so.I am using game booster atm too.Please reply if there is anything more to do thanks 
just put the graphics on lower quality ?
if still lagging try smart defrag . it also speeds up your pc .

Put all graphic effects off, then it should be fine. Im lagging too but lower settings helps a lot.
