New Stricter Auto-Ban Policy!
We have made some changes to the automatic detection system. Not only is it picking up even more hacks (and it gets updated all the time). The auto banning now has a stricter policy that will lead to account closures.
We still review reports and ban IP's and accounts permanently for all reviewed hacking cases. So please be sure to continue to report hackers to our support system!

Technically, they review and look at the replay sent in by the person reporting you, and look at your own player within your account. They will do this till the game is over. If they suspect you are hacking in any way, they will continue to review, until they make a proper assumption statement; whether you were hacking, or you were not hacking. End of story. It's just like what happened last year, many people got banned just by people sending in reports.
Don't lie to yourself if you did get banned. If you did hack, all you can do is sit there and deny it. If you didn't, send them a ticket and I'm sure they will unban you. I don't really hack, but I once got reported and a 7 day ban. I sent in a support ticket, and a few days later they replied; apologizing to me for the misconception they had done.
Pretty much your at the solid "lockdown" age for hackers.
